Onwrit is a public on-chain reader. We try to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you load a page we record a pageview with the path, your language, and the referring domain. Optionally we hash your IP and user-agent with a daily-rotated salt so we can count unique visitors per day without storing identifying data. We do not sell or rent this data.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are a theme preference (light/dark) and, if you sign in, a session cookie scoped to this domain.
Analytics
Analytics are first-party and self-hosted. We respect Do Not Track: if your browser sends DNT, we record nothing.
Third parties
We call public block explorers (Etherscan v2), price oracles, and ENS resolvers to read on-chain data. None of these requests carry account information.
Your rights
Because we do not store identifying data alongside events, there is nothing personal to access, export, or delete in the analytics table. If you have a Premium account you can sign out at any time; email us to delete the account itself.
